We started with the final test on Friday, followed by the Tai Chi Master class on Saturday. The day before our big event, Luciana and I met at the stunning, world-famous cliffs and shores of Polignano a Mare in Puglia for her official, in-person practical examination. Moving through the forms with the Adriatic Sea as her backdrop, she demonstrated beautiful alignment, deep grounding, and a true command of the internal arts. The next day, she was officially presented with her credentials as a certified SOHMA Tai Chi Instructor in Bari, Italy, right at the conclusion of the Master Class seminar hosted by Kairopia! Luciana, watching your journey culminate in such a beautiful setting was an honor. Your commitment to the art, your dedication to embodying these healing principles, and your love of sharing as a masterful community organizer shine through. You already are an incredible practitioner and instructor for your students in France, Italy, and beyond. Welcome to the graduate circle, Instructor Luciana! We are all proud of you. Hello everyone 😊 I’m Tonika Jackson. I’m currently the Director of fitness for Fitness 54 in Georgia. I have 25 years of experience being a Personal Trainer ,a Fitness Instructor, and Dance Instructor. I’m not new to the practice of Tai Chi it is one of the most relaxing ,healing, and peaceful part of my day. So I’m on the journey to learn/practice more for myself and then teach to those who want to learn.

One World, One Breath. Our World Tai Chi Day celebration swept across the globe. From the East Coast to Oaxaca, Mexico, all the way to Long Beach, CA. We deepened our practice, passed the wave of Tai Chi energy, and moved slowly together as a true global community. This is what it's all about. Comment below how you celebrated!
