@Reiyn Hezekiah Fernandez You might as well check "rebtel" or "boss revolution" for $2 to $5 per month unlimited calling. They require a real USA phone number for OTP verification which will also be used as your caller ID. You can get that from "textverified"

Hey Omar, you need to focus on what I call "Abstract Multiplier Variables" for example different offers, different concepts, different regions. One is the nitty gritty work and other is the strategic work where you focus on the bigger aspects that decide the whole tactics of the future work. For example: If you were an AI engineer, and you are working in some startup at Turkey and wanna increase your salary, one the biggest levers you can pull is transfer yourself to Silicon Valley and work for a company there. In your case, you wanna test different Ad concepts and once you have 2-3 validated concepts, you wanna create more Ads leveraging proven concepts but then approach them with different angles. In Solar industry; "Save money" is one concept, "Go-green" is another. You can use the winter season angle to handle the winter season objection (Summer is coming so buy now while tariffs on China are still low and will increase in Summer due to high demand and trump will increase tariffs <- you can approach the winter season objection with different angles)

Gunning Fog Index for better writing at LITERALLY ANYTHING
Hey Guys, just wanted to share it because it helped me immensely at my cold calls scripts and my ad copy. And shoutout to @Hunter Larson as he mentioned it in a coaching call. This index basically tells you how complicated or hard something it to read and therefore the overall level of grade of speaking. Most people talk and perceive things on a Gunning Fog Index of around 7, so it absolutely makes sense to write everything in marketing with a Gunning Fog Index of 7. How??? Copy and paste your text into ChatGPT and tell him to rewrite the text in a Gunning Fog Index of 7. Literally do it with every script, ad copy, message you send, as it sound's the nicest, and you will be best understood.

@Hunter Larson What compelled me to understand what Gunning Fog index is not that i want to write a better copy. But the dope choice of words to represent a concept: “GUNNING FOG INDEX”
How to make the most out of 100 dollars for fb ads?
Hello! Nice to meet ya'll. Seems like a great group of people! Before asking my question, let me give some backstory. I am running a social media agency and I have 1 client that's a painter. He's letting me learn the craft of ads and social media growth with his company and social media pages, so he is not currently paying me because I have not gotten him any clients. I have been working on his facebook/instagram/google business profile for the last 2 weeks, optimizing it and making it look much better and active again. Now, I am going to run ads for him starting on monday. My question is, the painter only gave me a budget of 100 dollars for the fb ads, how can i get the most out of these 100 dollars? I have many pictures and videos of him working that I can turn into creatives, but what should I expect with only 100 dollars for ads? I want to get him more clients as soon as possible, so the painter can put more money into the ads. I also know theres the new andromeda update as well, which made making ads different. Thank you if you read this and responded, I really appreciate. I actually started the agency a little bit more than 2 weeks ago! I hope everything is going well for yall in your journey of this business.

@Junior Castro The Painter you are dealing with is just acting like a Painter and doesn’t seem to have a business mindset. He is a skilled tradesperson who is making some money but not yet ready to change his mindset to turn it into a proper business, and that’s reflecting in the ad spend he has allocated you.
Agency owners built a Limousine, but they’re still the driver
Since I started in the SMMA space, I’ve realized most agency owners don’t really own a business. They own a job… with extra stress. At $10K–$30K/month, they’ve built a limousine, but they’re still driving it. Running ads, replying to clients, fixing automations. And the truth is, as long as they’re the ones keeping it moving, they’re self-employed, just fancy freelancers. The more they drive, the less they can see the map that leads to the life they wanted. No time to think, grow, or lead a team. They wanted money for freedom, but the more clients they have, the less freedom remains. They should move to the back seat, closing deals while enjoying the ride. When I ask why they don’t hire someone to handle service delivery, like a driver for their limousine, I always hear: 1) “I can’t find qualified people.” 2) “They won’t deliver results like I do.” So they keep doing everything themselves. The same pattern repeats: They hire a closer → get more clients → get busier → hire random “assistants” without clear roles → stay trapped. When I ask what their long-term plan is, they say they’re “not thinking about selling.” So I ask, “Will you work in your agency until retirement?” and they admit they’ll probably just close it once they’re tired. After all the effort, stress, and years building their limousine, they’ll throw it away the moment they get bored. If you build your limousine the right way, you don’t need to drive it, you just need to let your team do it. If you stopped working tomorrow, how long would your agency survive?

People lack systems perspective in order to create an automated business. But what comes before a systems perspective is a Business Profit Strategy. Exploring, finding and creating a profitable business model is the first thing and as @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell says; you have to mechanical in starting phase of your business because you don’t know if what you are building will work and produce something valuable for you client. SMMA is a well known profitable business model. People are running an Agency but forget that agency means outsourcing the fulfilment of your productised services this can be due to the lack of systems perspective that they built their agencies the wrong way.
