Wellness WINSday (a day late)
Hey squad, I did not forget our favorite day of the week (just a little behind on posting) - so.... What are we winning at this week?? I got a nice fire lit under my butt to get after some more business things and so I'm building out a more layered website for myself. PLUS My workouts have been phenomenal of late, and I love the feeling of making tangible progress (don't you?) Let me know how you're winning this week in the comments below!

I hit a new PR for back squats - my workouts have been limited as of late with life and kids, but I was able to make progress anyway and it feels so good. Updated my resume today and had one interview Tuesday and another next Tuesday… hopefully for new ventures. My entire department got laid off last Friday so that’s been tough but I’ve been pretty resilient through it.
Tuesday Tips
Sometimes we need a little breather. Whether that's from daily posting in this community or from the negative and disarming voices in our heads, sometimes... we simply need a breather and a break from our "stuff". Not every moment needs to be productive. Not every thought needs to be solved. Not every emotion needs to be analyzed immediately. Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is step outside, take a deep breath, laugh with someone you care about, move your body, listen to music, sit in silence, or simply exist without trying to “fix” yourself for a moment. A breather is not quitting. Rest is not weakness. Stepping back is not falling behind. You are allowed to pause without abandoning yourself. And ironically, the more we learn how to step away from the noise for a little while, the easier it becomes to return with clarity instead of overwhelm. Go slow with yourself today. You’re carrying more than you think. -

I hope you’re taking your own advice too, T!
Am I making a stupid decision
I got called for a interview I read the job description and said ok in desperation but now thinking about it I don't think that job is suitable for me in my long run so I called it off was it a stupid decision?

Never stupid. Follow your gut instinct but also if you need the job it’s ok to reapply and come up with an excuse.
Friday Fear
Hey team, Just gonna go out on a limb here and ask if anyone is actually finding value in the live calls/weekly VIP calls and now our office hours? I am currently solo in the office hours and questioning whether or not there is value in doing these moving forward. I lowered the pricing of premium and stopped the weekly workouts due to no attendance and I just want to provide you all with something that you find value in, and also make it a feasible option for myself and my time as well. Let me know your thoughts below - thanks!

I think I’ve been too disconnected from the app to use the hours but you know I’d find value in them if I used them. I need to keep notifications on for this app and I’ll go from there. My entire department got terminated on Friday or I would’ve considered a higher price point for joining. I’m sorry you haven’t had any attendance.

Also, when were the workout hours? I should’ve done that too.
Sunday Scaries...
What's scaring you these days? Your feelings? Job opportunities (or lack thereof)? Financial worries? Not belonging to a friend group? Starting a new gym routine? For me, it's finances. I'm not where I'd like to be with my income, or coaching clients, or financial stability (being an adult is TOUGH sometimes) and am looking at other job opportunities due to the way things are. And so, if I have a fear or worry or concern... what. am. I. going. to. do. about. it? Complain on the internet? Let people know alllll of the problems I have? Double down on a pity party and feel sorry for myself? OR... Do I seek out answers, clarity, direction, support?? *Like we do in this community* Thankfully, I'm choosing the second option ✌️ I have already made some huge waves to improving the spot that I'm in and not only getting more coaching clients, but also, opportunities I had never even considered have appeared at my door. “And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” – Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist (my favorite book!) So... what is your ONE thing you are scared of right now? Not two or three or seventeen. ONE. *do not post more than one thing you are scared of - you've been properly informed* Comment below! @Tyler Buckingham I applied for a simple serving job while I’m in midland still and then I’ll get a second (or just one higher paying!) nursing job when I move to Garden City! Promising myself it’ll all work out.

@Tyler Buckingham I think you would be amazing in sales - and we already know you’re great at coaching - but sometimes different is good! It will provide us with new perspectives and opportunities maybe we didn’t even know we needed or wanted.
