This was my experience with Lidia on a 1 on 1 call: So my community started off sorta strong, 70+ members, health niche, decent discovery rank, going good. 😃 But I started to lose engagement, new members slowed .... and my members weren't sticking.🤕 On our call Lidia broke my business plan down for me (canva map shown below), and went through my skool about page, classroom, and community giving tips and being BRUTALLY HONEST (it was needed).
