Mother’s Day check-in for the moms in this community 💙🙆‍♀️
Mother’s Day is tomorrow, and I just wanted to pause for a moment and check in with the mothers here who are also dealing with tinnitus, hyperacusis, sound sensitivity, sleep struggles, or just the emotional weight that can come with all of this. A lot of mothers are used to being the ones who keep going no matter what. They show up, take care of others, carry a lot quietly, and often keep pushing even when they are exhausted or overwhelmed. So if you’re a mother in this community and you’ve been carrying all of that while also dealing with difficult symptoms in the background, I just want to say this clearly: 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂. 🙏 I know these challenges can be invisible to other people. On the outside, you may still look like you’re handling everything. But inside, it can be tiring, frustrating, and sometimes very lonely. So I want to ask: How are you doing right now, really? Is there anything that feels especially hard this weekend? And is there any way I can support you, this week or going forward? If so, please let me know in the comments below (or message me directly). Let’s talk about it. Let’s have a real conversation about what’s been hard, what you need, or what might help. And to the rest of the community, I’d love to ask you too: How are you planning to support your mother, your wife, or another important mother in your life this weekend? Sometimes support is not just flowers or going out somewhere. Sometimes it’s patience. Sometimes it’s helping create a calmer day. Sometimes it’s simply being more understanding. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Feel free to share below. I think this could be a really meaningful conversation. 🙏 Have a great weekend & mother day! 💙 Guy.

@Patricia Reid Our Condolences on the passing of your Mom Patricia 🙏 May her Soul be at Peace. Physically she’s not with you but her Spirit will never leave you ☀️
So...this group
@Guy Cohen I randomly was cruising Discoveries and came across Tinnitus Reset Toolbox and said, what the heck let me join. I've had this this issue for years and years, working in very loud environments machining metal parts since High School. I just figured it was part of life living in a bubble and that's the way it is. Fast forward I start going through the material here and I am sooo not alone you all!! I picked up my new hearing aids Friday May 1st and have been listening to things I have not heard since I was a kid. Birds chirping even the clacking of the keys as I type this! Are you kidding me? Cheers all! Tears of joy! (Posted in the 🏆Wins category)

Reflection Friday: How did you do this week with your ONE thing?
Happy Friday, awesome community! 💙 Monday you committed to ONE thing to focus on in your tinnitus lasting relief journey. Wednesday you checked-in and reported progress. Today is Friday. Let's share our progress so far, so that we can help each other move forward. 🙏 Did you make progress this week? Even a little progress is huge with tinnitus! If no progress, or if you wanted more than you achieved, what do you think is holding you back? Share below. No judgement, just data to learn from. PS - Exciting Leo update coming up in a couple of hours (after my last client session for this week).

Coming Soon To This Awesome Community ✨
I’m working on something that could help tinnitus sufferers better understand where they are in their own (relief & habituation) journey and what kinds of tools make the most sense for them. Anyone excited? 🤩

@Mike Morton hi Mike. Like I previously mentioned Mike during my prayers it was like the Holy Spirit told me to use earplugs when I sleep instead of the sound mask. I’ve been doing that ever since, and the sound does not bother me in the least. I guess subconsciously my brain just got used to it I’m not mentioning that you try it, but this is what worked along with everything else I had mentioned. Good luck, brother🙏
