Welcome to the Longevity Fitness Project!!! Thank you to everyone joining me here from 40 Plus Personal Training, you're the reason the Longevity Fitness Project is possible!!! The goal of the Longevity Fitness Project is to provide you with everything you need to stay healthy and fit for the rest of your life šŸ’Ŗ To get started, go the classroom. The classroom currently consists of: The Mobility Room: All mobility programs used at 40 Plus Personal Training Mini Mobility: 5-10 minute mobility routines, that can be done quickly and day. Home Dumbbell Workouts: Full Body Dumbbell Only workouts, designed to be an extra workout, or to be used, if you missed a workout.
