Hi. I am new at mixing my own peps. I had always gotten them through tele health already mixed... but just got some from Alpha. Should the bac water go in the fridge or leave it out?

What is everyone dosing NAD+ and Mot-C at? I have been on them and from what I read it says 5mg three times a week for Mot-C and up to 200mg 3 times a week. Just see what others are dosing at. Thank you in advance. 🙂
