Split dosing will give you a more consistent concentration of the compound in your system versus the peaks and valleys that a once a week injection gives. That said, I believe that if your appetite suppression is too high from split dosing and you’re not eating enough, it could wreck your metabolic rate. There could be an argument to doing weekly injection so that you’re a bit more hungry towards the last two days and you get the calories you need to maintain a higher metabolic rate. I’m on split dose- but my dosage is low (1mg every 3.5 days). I feel it but not too much where I’m still able to eat. It’s important to eat enough to avoid hitting plateaus. Otherwise, your leptin will lower and your grehlin will raise and your weight loss will stall.

I’ve heard a lot of people use Snap-8 topically and have had success.
