HVAC niche + HighLevel = best client retention I've ever had (here's my stack)
Quick share for this community - been using HighLevel focused entirely on HVAC/home service and the results speak for themselves. My core HL stack for every client: - Pipeline tracking by lead stage - Missed call text-back workflow (instant response) - 5-step email + SMS nurture sequence - Review request automation (24h post-job) - Appointment reminders (cuts no-shows by 70%) The retention secret: Every month I send clients a report showing: "X conversations handled. X appointments booked. X reviews collected. Estimated recovered revenue: $X." When clients see the number, they never cancel. My average client retention: 11 months. Biggest lesson: HighLevel is the tool. The documented ROI is the product. Who else is using HL for home service businesses? Would love to compare notes.

No More A2P Ever. This HighLevel App Will Make Your Life Easier
Last month Review Harvest had its best month ever... Over $66k in revenue. This is the same month that I... Spent 7 days at the beach with my family for the 4th of July 🇺🇸 (worked til 10-11am 4 of those days) My wife & I (she works for Review Harvest too) went on a 7 day mission trip and worked less than 30 mins per day. This would NOT be possible without the tooling our developer has built. We've been working on this for 18+ months internally. And August 25th at 1pm EST it will be available to you! If you want early access, and a founding member discount that'll save you a ton of money you MUST register & show up live. Register For Launch Here If you are tired of… - A2P approval for every client. - Struggling on zoom to onboard clients - Spending hours troubleshooting workflows in HighLevel to see if they work - Having no insight into real metrics on your review request campaigns - Setting up janky automations for client notifications, reporting, or onboarding - Having to resubmit phone numbers for approval constantly - Paying for nifty images and trying to figure out how to set up personalized requests We’ve solved all those problems - Clients sending review requests in minutes (no waiting for A2P) - A2P verified once with your business info & never again - No more fooling around in workflows (this just works) - Sits directly inside you HighLevel sub-accounts no digital duct tape needed - Simple account notifications to keep you & your clients informed - Clear reporting to see what's working No guessing. No complicated set up. This simply works. And we are just getting started. Improvements and new features will keep rolling out. Plus a huge secret project I can’t talk about yet… p.s. As a fellow marketer I know we are surrounded by “Hype” marketing with little substance all the time, and I don’t get excited about things like I used to, but I haven’t been THIS excited about something in years. I can’t wait to show it to you all!

can't wait
The fastest way to lose a customer isn't bad service.
It's a slow response. I've seen businesses spend thousands on marketing, only to lose leads because no one followed up for hours—or sometimes even days. In most cases, the first company to respond earns the opportunity. That's why I believe every growing business should have a system that: ✅ Responds instantly ✅ Books appointments faster ✅ Keeps every lead organized ✅ Reminds customers automatically Technology doesn't replace great customer service—it makes it more consistent. Question: What's your average response time to a new lead? Do you think it's costing you jobs?
