Hahahaha - you mean I have to recharge my phone? Wow, I was wondering why it wasn't working. Personally, I recharge by NOT recharging my phone. Often times, on the weekend, my phone sits dead. I miss the days when people could only contact you at home or in the office. When I was a teenager, I'd lounge in my father's library/computer-room scan the books, and talk about all the things that seemed funny in my parents collection of books. Things were easier, you could relax in the moment without having to "respond".

@Robin Bender 100%, being a techie...the overwhelm hit me a long time ago. Ever since, I've been trying to create the calm for myself and others...because feeling like you have to "hoop jump" is debilitating.
