YOUR PUBLISHING PLAN
Every quality build of any kind always starts out with what......?????? A plan. It wouldn't make sense to build a house, construct a rocket, or start a business without a plan. If you're a serious publisher, you need a plan. Though we may not be exactly sure how it will all work out, the specific details, or even all of the correct steps to get to where we want to be, one thing is for sure as the old saying goes, "Fail to plan, Plan to Fail". While it's true nothing is perfect, and that definitely goes for plans as well, your plan is your proactive approach to starting your publishing business with a vision, setting goals/milestones, deciding a direction, and then taking and making actions steps towards achieving those dreams you've set out to create. Your plan, like any business plan, is a living document that learns, grows, and adapts with time and progress. If you're here in this group we don't fail to plan. I've linked a simple document for you to proactively start building your plan, keep it simple and develop it. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ShbE1ptRJqtGxuUCIVUpcJYiwoFSgOl9YdFHp5HnygU/copy Stay flexible with change and approach problems simply as challenges to be overcome and you will be off to the races with a PLAN OF ACTION!!! Let me know if you have any questions or need any direction. You're publishing dreams start now with a plan, now let's get to work. Don't overthink it. Get your plan started and review it regularly (like weekly at least.) -Taylor

Yes, definitely "Flexible Plans": I plan for everything to go wrong. Then, when something does go wrong, it's according to my plan. If something goes right, I work it in. I'm never disappointed and always moving forward according to my plans.

@Taylor Matijevich I was looking over the plan we made last August. At the time I thought "6 books published in five months" looked a bit too much. However, with your able assistance, I ended up with eight books in five months. How can I ever thank you?
