I’m Taylor, founder of MAI Publishing. This community exists for one reason only: To turn books into brand-building, lead-generating, revenue-producing assets. Not to “become an author.” Not to chase Amazon screenshots. Not to talk about writing someday. If you’re here, the expectation is simple: You execute. Books are not the goal here. Leverage is. Over the next 180 days, the standard outcome with MAI Publishing is this: You publish a strategically positioned book and generate your first $1,000 in attributable revenue from it. That means: • Your book solves a real business problem • Your book supports an offer • Your book moves people to take action Lurking will not help you. Consuming without building will not help you. Perfection will actively work against you. This community rewards: • Progress over polish • Execution over ideas • Results over opinions Your first action (do this today): Reply to this post with: 1. Who you help 2. What you currently sell (or plan to sell) 3. What you want your book to do for your business Keep it direct. No backstory. Wins will be highlighted here. Momentum will be protected here. Excuses will not be entertained. If that excites you — you’re in the right place. If that makes you uncomfortable — good. Let’s build. — Taylor

YOUR PUBLISHING PLAN
Every quality build of any kind always starts out with what......?????? A plan. It wouldn't make sense to build a house, construct a rocket, or start a business without a plan. If you're a serious publisher, you need a plan. Though we may not be exactly sure how it will all work out, the specific details, or even all of the correct steps to get to where we want to be, one thing is for sure as the old saying goes, "Fail to plan, Plan to Fail". While it's true nothing is perfect, and that definitely goes for plans as well, your plan is your proactive approach to starting your publishing business with a vision, setting goals/milestones, deciding a direction, and then taking and making actions steps towards achieving those dreams you've set out to create. Your plan, like any business plan, is a living document that learns, grows, and adapts with time and progress. If you're here in this group we don't fail to plan. I've linked a simple document for you to proactively start building your plan, keep it simple and develop it. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ShbE1ptRJqtGxuUCIVUpcJYiwoFSgOl9YdFHp5HnygU/copy Stay flexible with change and approach problems simply as challenges to be overcome and you will be off to the races with a PLAN OF ACTION!!! Let me know if you have any questions or need any direction. You're publishing dreams start now with a plan, now let's get to work. Don't overthink it. Get your plan started and review it regularly (like weekly at least.) -Taylor
