🌊 Chaos to Calm — Week 4: “You Weren’t Designed to Heal Alone”
Four weeks in. If you’ve been doing the work — really listening, really letting these frequencies in — something has probably started to shift that you didn’t expect. You’re starting to feel things you numbed out a long time ago. That’s not a setback. That’s your heart coming back online. This week’s Frequency Spotlight is 639 Hz — the frequency of connection. Watch the 7-minute deep dive first, then come back here and let this reset land. Your practice this week: 15 minutes with 639 Hz. As you listen, say this: “I release the need to protect myself from the very thing God is sending to heal me. I receive connection. I receive covenant. I receive love.” Drop a 🌊 if you’re letting someone in this week. LISTEN HERE

Thank you! That was my first live and I’m still feeling the positive energy from it. 639 Hz is one of those soothing frequencies that helps people feel more relaxed and centered throughout the day.

ONGOING POSITIVE FEEDBACK
Greetings my fellow humans 😉 528 H has had the most impact Positive changes I have experienced thus far : - Clarity of thought - Swelling gone in right foot, it was slight, but GONE - Energylevels up - Muscle strength increasing - Inflamation radically reduced - I sleep like a toddler who has been playing on the jungle gym - THANK YOU Lord for Watermusicology Full healing in Jesus name Since 2020 my JOB trial started - 2020 I lost my job I had been working there for 20 years - 2021 Wife left for greener pastures after 33 years - 2022 Both daughters married and went overseas to Australia and New Zealand - 2022 Mudslide hit the home I built for my highschool sweetheart - 2023 I lost the teaching contract I had due to my legs not functioning properly (Stenosis) - 2024 Wheelchair (Trusting Jesus for my healing, nicotine patches destroy arthritus in lower spine, I will walk again) So stress can have a negative effect even if you don't know it From Pete Sulack (Instagram) When your body perceives a threat, real or imagined, it releases cortisol. Cortisol is a stress hormone and it has one job. It tells your body to prepare to fight or run. To do that effectively, it redirects resources. Blood goes to your muscles. Your heart rate increases. Non-essential functions, meaning things like digestion, cellular repair, and immune regulation, get turned down. That response was designed for short bursts. A threat appears, your body responds, the threat passes, and your body returns to a resting state where it can focus on repair and restoration. The problem is that most people navigating a serious diagnosis are locked in that activated state for weeks or months at a time. The body stays in fight or flight not because of a single moment, but because of the weight of everything. The appointments, the uncertainty, the financial pressure, the fear, the grief. All of it keeps the stress response running. And when it runs continuously, repair slows down. Inflammation rises. Minerals get stripped from the body. The same systems you need most are the ones being suppressed.

Thank you so much for sharing your book "Everyday with Jesuha" with me. I appreciate the trust. I’ll take some time to look through it and share my thoughts once I’ve had a chance to sit with the material.🙏

@Gavin Stone Your message gave me a good laugh, and yes, I promise I’m a real human in here 😄. I’m definitely looking forward to reading your book and writing a review. Right now, I’m just so deep in the middle of a project, so my schedule is packed. Hopefully, by mid‑May things should settle down, and I’ll be able to give your work the attention it truly deserves. Wishing you a peaceful morning from across the world and who knows, maybe one day I’ll make it to that highest pub in Africa!
528 Hz | The Miracle Tone
Your healing has a sound. This week — it sounds like this. 528 Hz is one of the most studied and talked-about frequencies in the solfeggio scale. It’s been called the Miracle Tone — and there’s a reason for that. Here’s what 528 Hz is known for: 🔬 DNA Alignment — Research suggests 528 Hz resonates at the same frequency associated with DNA repair. Your body knows this frequency. 🌿 Transformation & Renewal — In the solfeggio framework, 528 is the frequency of Chadash — the Hebrew word for NEW. Not repaired. Not patched. New. ❤️ Heart Coherence — 528 Hz targets the heart center. If you’ve been carrying anxiety, grief, or emotional weight, this frequency begins the process of release. 📖 “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2 That word transformed in the Greek is metamorphoō — a complete structural change from the inside out. That’s not a behavior modification. That’s frequency doing what it was designed to do. This week’s practice: Put on 528 Hz for 20 minutes. Breathe. Declare: “I am being made new. My DNA remembers wholeness. My healing has a sound.” Drop a 🔵 below if you’re pressing into 528 Hz this week

🔵 That’s such a beautiful practice, and whether someone connects with it spiritually, symbolically, or energetically, 528 Hz truly is a powerful frequency. I’ve listened to it more than once, and each time I allowed myself to relax and simply feel good, it made the experience even more meaningful.

Thank you. I really appreciate the depth of your message. The relationship between frequency and inner state is something I’ve observed for a long time, and your description captures that beautifully. I've seen how certain tones become more resonant depending on where we are in life, as if they are responding to an inner shift. I’ll continue to stay open to what comes through, and I value the intention behind your guidance.

Yes, I agree. I think it really is important that people feel supported instead of judged. When there’s room for honesty, people naturally open up in ways they usually don’t get to. And you’re right, presence over performance makes all the difference. When a space is grounded in that, it becomes easier for everyone to show up as they are, without feeling like they have to prove anything. And although I’m not usually the outspoken type, I’m genuinely grateful to be in a community that values this kind of authenticity. It makes the whole experience feel more real and more human.
