(strength, focus, energy, mobility, mindset, etc.) 2. What's your biggest attachment to maintain awareness around? (wealth/material, reputation/image, or people — and how will you stay grounded?) 3. @JuJu Harkins sorry you got a yucky cold, I got strep a few weeks ago and it knocked me out. It took me a bit to recover. Keep up with the exercises and kick that cold to the curb. Hoping you feel better 😊
@Anna Choi What I got from the Challenge: I've been struggling with low energy (busy at my full time job and my evening job). And not eating as well as I should have because I was busy. I realized I was stronger than I thought. Pushing through the tiredness by completing the 1 minute exercises throughout the day were the bursts of energetic I needed. Now, I have more vitality, consistent movement...and more energy.
Day 2 Vitality Challenge Actions
Kudos to everyone who completed Day 1! What a wonderful inquiry into "What is focus?" Day 2 Challenge: 1. Practice 1 Minute Exercises 3x today focusing on your Dahnjon (DJ). If you’ve come on the call, you’ve already done this and can post!  2. When done, post on Skool: “DONE! By focusing on my Dahnjon during 1 Minute Exercises, I discovered focusing is ______. The 1 Minute exercise I will do 3x today by [pairing with habit/interval timer every hour] focused on my DJ is ______.” 3. Comment on at least 2 other member posts. -- Remember: Friday we vote for the participants with the most contributions (liking/commenting others) to others that factors into winning the Grand Prize. It keeps getting bigger! @JuJu Harkins when I walk my dogs. We go to this parking lot by our house. As I'm walking I'm doing my dj tapping and intestinals...then find out favorite spot to chill, I start doing squats stretches, body tapping and whatever else I can remember. I get looks too, but I tune them out and focus on me. I feel so great after our walks now.

@Paz Carmel Yes! you got this :-). i just finished another set of 1 minute exercises - they started to feel "easier" - so next session i will push to add another minute. :-)

Practice 1 Minute Exercises 3x today, every hour (or paired with habit if that's working!) focused on your Dahnjon (DJ), including at least 1 minute of sleeping tiger. >>>> For those ready, stack your 1 Minutes doing 2-3 min in a row! 2. COMMENT BELOW: Done! When doing Sleeping Tiger, I learned receiving energy was X. The 1 Minute exercises I will do/did 3x today (ideally every hour) is X. 3. @Denise Long In the past when i worked out - i thought that if i did the exercise quickly, i would get fast results. But doing them slowly and with intention, the slow burn and and feeling after makes me energized. Keep up the great work!
