1) How consistent were you with your protein intake last week? (1-5 scale) 3/5 2) Did you miss any meals? If so, why? Yes. Breakfast because I had a coffee instead 😬 3) Did you have any alcohol? Nope 4) Did you complete your prescribed training program? 4 out of the 5 gym sessions Didn’t hit the cardio/low impact goal 5) What’s 1 win that you had this week? Went to the gym 5 days 👏🏻👏🏻 6) What’s 1 challenge that you faced? Managing work study cardio and gym 7) What’s one goal that you have for this week? Training harder and hitting cardio goal
