I plan the week every Saturday or Sunday, depending on my travel schedule. I have a friend who is part of a group that gets together every Sunday for a quick check in and to plan the week. When I have all of my dinners planned out, meetings written down, all my exercise booked like an appointment I can't miss, and I have a general idea of what is coming down the pipe, this creates a HUGE amount of peace in my mind and makes the whole week more manageable! Is this something that you think would be helpful to approaching your week with peace as the lead?

since i do this already 7-8 i would still love to join this group if the time fits in my schedule i need time to plan & prep on sunday’s that could possibly fit in a quick call OK mid or late afternoon

Monday Mo-tivation! ☺️🎉
Monday gets a bad rep. I love Monday because it’s the beginning of a new week with endless possibilities! As Pumba says: it’s important to put your behind in the past. 😂 But if you’re where you don’t want to be in your life, a new week can be a real slog, thinking: “Oh God. I’ve got to get through this week.” 😩 Something that has been effective for my clients is having something to look forward to. Every day something small. I’m looking forward to breakfast! Or it could be meeting with a friend, calling a loved one, going for a walk, finishing a task you’ve been avoiding; anything that brings that feeling of satisfaction and success. Share one thing you’re looking forward to today. Anything! Let’s take it one day at a time. Overwhelm is what keeps us stuck. Being present and focusing on right now is what will keep us moving forward. You choose (and that’s awesome!) A.) A new week. Ugh. B.) A new week! Yes! There is no right or wrong answer.
