These are all great ideas and I know a few of them we’ve suggested. I’m also interested in some discussions on physical activity and suggestions on how often, how long and the best activities. Also, all the different peptides that are now out there. What ones are great for better health or should you avoid them all?

I’m catching up for the weekend so I as well will do that Cara and focus on today. I am celebrating the wonderful me by giving a walk at our new community center track. I’m also planning a high-protein lunch and dinner. I’m worth it!

I made this Whole30 compliant Beef Stew last week and it was SO good, even my super picky teenager commented on how much she loved it! The website makes you sign up to print it so I create a document so you don't have to do that but the website is included in the doc! Try it out and let me know what you think! It's a gift I have to see it in other humans and the hold up a mirror so you see it too! It's an honor to be able to do this!
