Who would be interested in this?
I plan the week every Saturday or Sunday, depending on my travel schedule. I have a friend who is part of a group that gets together every Sunday for a quick check in and to plan the week. When I have all of my dinners planned out, meetings written down, all my exercise booked like an appointment I can't miss, and I have a general idea of what is coming down the pipe, this creates a HUGE amount of peace in my mind and makes the whole week more manageable! Is this something that you think would be helpful to approaching your week with peace as the lead?
