Etsy Analytics
Feel like i’m posting too much but just curious! What are other people’s analytics on average per day? I’m still yet to make a sale (store 10 days old) just wanted to know how stores that do make sales look on the daily?

Instagram Page for Etsy Store
Anyone have an instagram page for their store that they want to follow eachother on? I just created one for my store so happy to follow eachother!
Morning all 👋
Before I upload to Print Shrimp, am I right in thinking.. If I create a design on Canva using A4 size for example - when I upload to Print Shrimp, can I use the A4 size for all other A sizes?

Hi! Yes, if you upload an A4 size poster to PS, it will fill all the other A sizes as well for that SKU.
No Niche?
My store is now 10 days old and I feel like i’m uploading ALL types of prints with no specific niche. Is this an issue for being more visible in search results, or is it good to try all on one store and see what sticks at the start and then focus on that?

@Geoff Nugent Interesting! Do you get sales from most your niches then? I've just added my 99th listing :)

@Geoff Nugent Nice, I have some botanical / vintage stuff i’ve just uploaded, will see how it does!
How to answer this please?
Just received this from my customer - 'You need help with: An item is different from what I expected Your ideal resolution: return Note for seller: The picture is too small for the price I am not happy this was a gift for a friend please accept my apologies' Obviously they selected the size they wanted and went ahead and paid for the item. I have no returns or exchanges in my policies, so how do I go about responding to this. First time I've had anything like this so any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Hi! Hard question to answer really as it is most likely their fault for ordering a size that they didn’t check the dimensions of! Depends how you want to handle it really. You *could* offer to send a different size free of charge (at cost to you, but maybe a good review to boost the store) or just refund and take the hit. Doesn’t sound like anything you’ve done wrong, but it’s how you want the optics to look. Maybe offer a refund first and if they still want a print you could offer a specific discount code for them to use so you at least get some revenue from them buying the correct size? Even if it’s 50% off a different size, it would still probably be a cost to you, but again, you might get a good review out of it.
