@Collin McGee I have the Tension Ergo Edge. It’s pretty deep at 25 mm. I like it, but do you have an unlevel grip you like more for the finger strength program?

@Collin McGee is there a PDF for the 9 week finger training program? The videos are good, but it’s faster to read something. Specifically, do you have your warm up routine written down? Also, in the first session, the assessment, what’s the difference between the overhead handle pull test and the overhand finger test? The videos are the same.
What are the benefits of using a force gauge in the 9-week program? Does a force gauge replace a hangboard or is it used in conjunction with a hangboard? I read about both of the recommended force gauges. Wondering which one y’all prefer.
@Collin McGee Thanks for replying Collin! I like the other thread where we can ask general questions about the program. It answered my question about using a pinch block instead of a talon grip. Hey back to the Forceboard, it appears it simulates lifting weight and you can actually do workouts with it. Is that correct? Is that what you mean by it replaces picking up things off the ground? Also, does a force gauge replace a hangboard or is it used in conjunction with a hangboard?
