I am grounded in my worth.
Worth isn’t something you chase — it’s something you remember. It's the quiet truth beneath all the noise, the part of you that doesn’t shift with opinions, outcomes, or seasons. When you’re grounded in your worth, you stop over-explaining, overextending, and overlooking yourself. You move differently — slower, clearer, with a sense of inner steadiness that can’t be shaken by someone else’s expectations. Your worth isn’t earned through productivity or perfection. It's inherent. It’s lived. It's in the way you grow, the way you return to yourself, and the way you keep showing up through everything you’ve survived. Stand in that. Root in that. Let your choices reflect that. Your worth is your foundation — not a negotiation.
I am grounded in my worth.

Yes!!!! Needed this one!
I thank my past for its lessons.
The past isn’t always pretty, but it’s honest. It tells the truth about who you were, what you believed, what you accepted, and what you outgrew. Every version of you left a breadcrumb — a reminder, a teaching, a warning, or a gift. Even the moments that hurt had something to say. Even the seasons you’d rather forget shaped the strength you walk with now. Thanking your past doesn’t mean you want to live there. It means you honor the role it played in your becoming. It means you finally understand why certain doors closed, why certain people faded, and why certain lessons had to show up twice. Your past is not your prison — it’s your curriculum. And you’ve passed every class you thought would break you.
I thank my past for its lessons.
