Let’s Welcome Jennifer! 🎉
Welcome, @Jennifer Shipman ! We're so glad you're here. And thank you to @Avinash Khatri for sending you our way. Hearing that our About page resonated with you made my day. I hope you'll find plenty of ideas here as you design a paid offer that feels like a natural next step for your members. Looking forward to learning alongside you.

Welcome, @Jessica Cosci ! We're so glad you're here. Thank you for the kind words. It means a lot that our conversations in @Yvonne Green Yvonne's community led you here. Your goal of helping members feel confident enough to start conversations themselves is one we're passionate about exploring. I think you'll find a lot of kindred spirits here. Looking forward to learning together!🫂

We hit #145 in self-improvement. Thank you. Proof that visibility does not require big numbers, just great members, real engagement, and high retention. Speaking of retention. According to reports, CEO Sam Ovens says the new efficiency score, which decides who gets advertised most, comes down to four things: - Your own traffic. Big groups spend upwards of $100K a month driving it themselves. - Conversion rate. Paying members compared to about page visitors. - Price. Essentially how much Skool can recoup. - Retention. The reason to stay in the 90 percent plus range if you can. More to follow on all four, including the experiment discussed below. Watch this if you haven't: we posted a video plus a text breakdown with Skool's creator so you can skip the hour. It's the philosophy behind those four factors and where he's taking the platform. On conversion rate, the new CLARITY model audits your about page copy. Download the PDF now, since it moves to Premium soon. Here's why it matters: we're rolling out a large experiment on paid versus freemium, you'll be able to participate, and CLARITY is a core part of it. On traffic, how to ask for reviews. One of the few places in threads where promoting yourself is fair game. The link explains why this approach is worth copying. We expect Google to index our main review thread (link inside the explanation) within the next few days or when the next two reviews drop, so your name or group could start showing up in search results. Heads up for next month: we're switching gears from outcomes to monetization & pricing, so don't miss any of those resources. The next few weeks are going to be really important for your community. That's the quick wrap up. Use it to catch anything you missed this week, and as always, keep the referrals coming. Engagement, ideas, and questions are always welcome. Drop them below. Thanks again for showing up this week. This group works because you do.

That’s awesome! Congratulations!!! When I first started my community I had a different vision. Discovery began in 800’s and I could see the shift daily till I hit the 400’s. But then, sh$t happened and I withdrew for two, maybe three weeks. I pivoted my group (which is the absolute best thing I could have done) but by that point, my discovery was in the 1800’s. I have a small group with three solid engaged and that discovery is creeping slower than before as I sit wavering in the low 1600’s.
