Hi everyone, I’m Gemma. I was diagnosed in July last year so still wrapping my head around the whole thing. I live in Brisbane Australia and haven’t come across any other online resource like what Ella is offering. It was very much a case of here’s your diagnosis & good luck. I did get a referral to a dietician but honestly it felt like she was out of her depth and didn’t fully understand any more than I already knew or could find out from a quick google. So since then I have just been trying to do what I can to champion my own health. I have completely silent symptoms and am still working out what my symptoms might even be…simply found out by investigating an iron deficiency which I have had for as long as I can remember…lucky but also very confusing! Anyway, looking forward to what this community has to offer!

@Eden Goldby-Timmis @Ellie Slater can I ask if either of you have noticed any other symptoms showing after being diagnosed & going gluten free? Or have you noticed any difference in how you feel?
