New lesson - Go where the money is
When it comes to choosing a niche, THE most important factors is going where the money is. Mainly for the fact that you'll want to maximize both earning potential and profits, but moreso - to cover ad costs. I uploaded a new lesson today where I explain this in detail - along with a few examples. You can check it out HERE

jumped around a bit, but watching as the new ones appear (helps when you flag the new ones as you did here)

On the LTV: CAC ratio, I wanted to run something past you. I have a niche where I estimate I can get a client for £600. Workings out: - £20 per day ad spend (£600 for the month) - Paying £15 per 1000 impressions (so 40K impressions) - From 40K impressions, I'd expect 400 clicks to my landing page (a conservative 1% CTR) - From 400 clicks, I'd get 8 leads from my landing page (a conservative 2% CR) - From those 8 leads, I'd close 1 of them (a conservative 10% close rate) I'd charge my client £600 ad management free per month to get them 30+ leads per month (they'd cover the ad spend.) So, it'd cost me £600 to get the client and they pay me £600 per month. Projection: Month 1: 0 Month 2: 600 UP (1:1 LTV: CAC) Month 3: 1200 UP (2:1 LTV: CAC) Month 4: 1600 UP (3:1 LTV: CAC) Month 5: 2200 UP (4:1 LTV: CAC) Month 6: 2800 UP (5:1 LTV: CAC) Month 7: 2800 UP (6:1 LTV: CAC) So by month 7 I'm at 6:1 LTV: CAC and it goes up the longer they stay with me. The risk is if they bail before month 7, I'm out of pocket, but the longer they stay with me, the better the ratio becomes. Aside, since I joined your community (and one of the reasons I've been quiet) is that I've learned how to build highly optimised lead generation campaigns using Google Ads. I've niched down to a certain industry (rather not divulge here), and have a client in the niche and a proven case study so I can definitely deliver the goods. I know £600 isn't a lot per client, but the LTV:CAC goes up exponentially the longer they stick around (pretty confident they will), and I can repeat the same model to dozens of clients. Would love your feedback on this. Thanks!
Meta Ads Course
Hey John, Great to see this new community! And awesome you're focusing in on client acquisition via paid. Its been a while since I've been here, how's the meta ads course shaping up? Assuming its a WIP, which are the latest videos on running meta ads you'd recommend? I've just watched this one on validation (https://www.skool.com/tonvaro-7867/classroom/f4aa40bd?md=42919edb5c1e4ef9b14fcecc47339f05) - any others I should see? Also, the video series on Shap (think I got the name right!)...did that get moved over? Cheers Ged

Potential Pay-per-lead client
Hello all, I've recently had a Landscape Lighting client pause their organic SEO campaign, but is more than willing to pay for leads if I'm able to produce them. This is my first time attempting this model, but I assume this is the best place to ask for advice. This client is willing to pay $150 per lead. Is this realistic? Can it be profitable? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

For landscaping if you ran Google ads (which I'd recommend) you could expect a CPL of around £40 as we ran a similar campaign in the UK last year. That said, this was a very good Google Ads build (with high CTR) and a high converting landing page, so you'd need to know what you're doing on that front or CPL would be higher. But hope that helps with your estimations.
