Help!
Hello all, it's been a long time since I've posted in here. This might be a query for @Gavin Foley. I have a WordPress Website which had existing pages for my Divorce Course and my Membership Community. I have since revised these in Funnel Sketchers and added them as new pages to my website. My issue is that when you search on Google, the old website pages show up and not the new ones. Any ideas how to fix this. I did add Meta Data for each new page in FS but I'm guessing no one can find them through Google which isn't great.

Hey 👋 this is really common. Google is still showing your old WordPress pages because they were already indexed. Creating new pages in Funnel Sketchers (inside Go High Level) doesn’t automatically replace them in Google. You need to add a 301 redirect from the old WordPress URLs to the new Funnel Sketcher URLs. That tells Google: “This page has permanently moved, use this new one instead.” If your new pages are now live inside Go High Level, you can: 1. Go to Sites → URL Redirects (or Settings → Domains depending on your setup) 2. Add the old WordPress URL as the source 3. Add the new Funnel Sketcher URL as the destination 4. Make sure it’s set as a 301 redirect Then go into Google Search Console and: • Inspect the new page• Click “Request Indexing” Once that’s done, Google will gradually replace the old pages with the new ones.
Introduction
Hi everyone. I’m Voni (AKA Entertaining With Evie) and I help people - mainly women of 40+ - who are mildly terrified at the prospect of entertaining at home! It may be due to a lack of confidence or simply a lack of time and by providing simple, sensible and practical solutions I can help them manage stress levels and bring the joy back into hosting. It’s my mission to get people opening up their entertaining spaces at home by getting the message across that it’s not about what you’re serving up, it’s all about spending your time with the people who are most important to you. My biggest challenge this year is getting everything up and running, and getting traffic through to my website which is now my priority @Gavin Foley

Missed setting up Sitemap!! Doh! All set now 👏
Just ran through 'Get Set Up on Google' and although I already had Search Console set up (so I thought!) I didn't have a sitemap set! Doh! It's now set up and we are on a roll 🙌

@Andy Gailey Nice one! That’s a big step sorted. The sitemap really helps Google crawl and understand your site faster, so it’s great you’ve got it in place now. You’ll probably notice over the next few weeks that more of your pages start to show up in Search Console. On a roll indeed 👏

@Andy Gailey no you won’t, Google runs a scrape every couple of days automatically. What I tend to do though - if I write a new blog post, I log into Search Console and request index on that link. Rather than wait 2-3 days for a sitemap run to pick it up - it speeds up the process and prioritises it 😇
