Slow start to the week for. Ngl, I was lazy as hell o Monday. But I'm going to make it. One workout down and four more to go plus Saturday running. Had to reschedule my Monday legs workout. Looking forward to that one too.

Week 3 Hypertrophy x Strength Training
Three weeks of consistently training. I feel great. I can feel my increase in strength, fitness and overall mental wellness. Physical exercise is honestly a cure for a lot of things. What feels even better is being part of a group that makes showing up a virtue and a responsibility. I feel great to be here.

90 Days of C.O.R.E – Day 53
✅ Completed: Calisthenics session. Pull ups, dips, push ups, and some muscle ups at the park. ⚡ Energy (1–10): 7 out of 10. Solid session and felt good overall. 📝 Takeaway: Take your time with your warm up. It makes a huge difference in performance and how your body feels during training. When I warm up properly, everything just moves better. 🔁 Tomorrow I will: Back in the gym. Strength work focusing on pull ups, dips, and lifting. Keeping the momentum going.

Week 2 of a hypertrophy x Strength training
This week I started good, but slowed down midweek. I had to do double session today to catch to the decline that I experienced Wednesday and Thursday. Nonetheless, it felt great.
