Thanks buddy! Completely DIY, from a 1x3m x 2.5mm sheet metal, cutting wheel, mig welder (fluxcore), some stickwelding in the outer face of the bumper, a lot of putty, much more sanding, painting, etc. The mounting was also complete diy
Bumper
I am finally done, kind of! I donΒ΄t know how many attempts I have made, but the last approach was the right one, Sketchup Pinture, and using it with the right scale. In my opinion, really a badass-looking bumper!!!

@Avito LourencoThe idea is to weld it in real life to the car, I think I will improvise at that thing. The mounting points are for me at the moment unknown

Who's gonna be the August's winner?
The end of the month is nearing and as I said before, the winner of the leaderboard gets a PDF bonus for a surface modeling, hint: Bugatti First comment gets the most like on this post! Also, I'm think I'm going to have to think about a solution for the case of the same winner twice or more in a row

Bumper to design
Hi guys, I do have a new one today. I'm trying to recreate a bumper from pictures I found in Amazon. My idea is afterwords, I have done the modeling and the proportion are right to recreate the bumper in real life, cutting sheet metal and welding everything together. Actually I haven't a good approach, I believe I have already started 12 to 15 times the sketch again and again. Any ideas how to start? By the way, the Solidworks File is my best one yet...

Other approach was trying to draw the shape / perimeter of the bumper. Front and top plane and using it to extrapolate the shape to the next planes

@Jason J More likely the most accurate yet, was a mix of the shape of the top plane, which with Offset On Surface and Offset of Entities I could get the best overall shape of the bumper, but by every one of them I get at some point geometry issues which at the end I can't get rid of
