This new module has been designed to give you a strong foundation with standard documents, notices, and the processes that can help you begin exposing the fraud being committed against you through commerce, assumptions, and administrative process. Inside this module you will learn: • How to structure notices correctly • How to create a paper trail • Why timing and process matters • How silence and non-response can become evidence • The importance of affidavits and unrebutted claims • How many agencies rely on fear, confusion, and compliance • Why honour, process, and consistency matter In many cases we see these documents slowing down or even stopping actions entirely when used correctly and lawfully, although nothing in this course is legal advice and no guarantees are being made. Hi guys I got zapped by a copper with a radar gun on a Sunday in Edgware, then the following week on a Sunday in Birmingham on the motorway doing the same speed as the flow of traffic. I received got two penalty notices which I responded slightly differently on both counts,, I have attached the pics. These were sent return to sender on the 17/08/26, so far I haven't heard back. So will keep you all posted on how I get on. First speeding offences in years but now I seem to be collecting them😂

Hi guys, I've been sending notices to the DCA chasing council tax. I've been reading threads on OOE and affadavit's. Do I require these to defend my position or can I continue on the route of equity with the notices. What protection does the OOE provide me and what does the affidavit do. I'm getting closer in the skool classroom on these subjects but not quite there yet.

Hi all, I wanted to apologise for my lack of attendance in here for a while and share what I have been up to. My Projects: 🚔I had my car cloned and have had a battle with 16 Speeding/Driving Offence Claims and to date 9 Parking tickets. Solution I used - I created a Template and used AI to send replies and track each project and have requested DVLA give the Car (which has a trust as the registered keeper) a new number plate. I have not de-registered it as I do use it for work. ⚡Utility Company are coming to apparently coming to change our meters to pre-pay in October - which is not happening. Method I used: I have set off the debt with a bond 🏡Mortgage and a Loan: I have set off the debt with a bond and accepted for value. They still send me a balance, which I always reply to with an accepted-for-value notice. I also still send them the normal questions with this notice, which they never answer. 🪪Credit Card 1: I have set off the debt with a bond - the company is arguing so ongoing... Credit card 2: Moved them into default and bin, and further requests ✅Elective Home Education: Trying to force schooling for my offspring Method I used: Affidavit of living, Lien on the Manager, Declaration of Living, and asking them to prove their authority, which seemed to do the trick, and they have formally cancelled the process in writing. 💦Water company: ongoing Method I used: Prove you have a lawful right to charge me and prove it is safe to drink. 🤪HMRC Personal: Ongoing Method I used: Prove you have a lawful standing over a Man - moved them into default, and I just record and send the self-assessments back now, with some wording on the envelopes I am trying. ✅ HMRC for old Ltd Company Method I used: I accepted for value and set off with a bond; it has been a few months and all quiet so far... ✅ Council Tax: Summons for 4th Nov 2026 👀 Method I am using: This time I am trying the Bond, as I am seeing a lot of silence at the moment with the bond, and I got a CCJ last time when I tried the Office of Executor
