Thanks Jon x
Well Jon, a big thank you to you. I finally achieved what I set out to do. I joined your club just after Covid to improve my confidence and be able to jam with total strangers off the cuff and this weekend I achieved it. It also received a positive response, much to my relief, so thank you for all the time and effort you invest in us. 😘

Fret School Club YouYube Channel started
I'm still here... I just posted the first of weekly videos to be posted on the Fret School Club Youtube channel. Some of you can use these as mini courses if you use the timestamps and link libraries in the description section of the video to see related videos. For you more advanced guys you may want to look at : the beginning voice leading example https://youtu.be/1cozgsaU_WE (Years of Theory in 20 min) or the drop2 voicing exercise (3 Shapes all Chords All Keys ) https://youtu.be/8bAn72bPflk Let me know your thoughts about monthly live online meetings Still kicking 😅

Update, Apologies and Thanks
Right well, first my apologies for becoming a lurker on my own platform. I'm afraid illness has gotten the better my brain and body for the past nine months. Apparently, allegedly Long Covid. I should have said something on here to let anyone who has no other contact with me know what was going on. i just got overwhelmed I guess. So gain sorry about that. I've spent the last few weeks putting together some videos from questions I've received over the last days, weeks, months, and years. I am nowhere near finished answering all the questions (which continue to present themselves). •The upside is that the current interrelated answers/videos have given me a path to follow. I have started in effect from the beginning. •I hope some of you more advanced players will still take a look at the concepts I covered for now. •I will deliver them to you all here on Fret School Club as soon as I finish time-stamping and organising the "Link Library" that will tie them together in a logical way. This interrelated linking and time-stamping will be an important feature to how this will work moving forward. I will release them (or a selection) to the public in a sensible order on the Fret School Club YouTube Channel. I want to thank you all profusely for sticking around and staying onboard. It means a lot and is and will always be appreciated. I'm hoping there is enough left of me to stay in the saddle from here and keep building. Right then lets get weaving...

Desert Island Guitar
Ok so as a bit of fun here’s a question If you could only take 1 guitar to a desert island what would it be? It could be your dream guitar or one you love playing, in fact anything PS there’s a solar panel on the island so you can take an Amp as well PPS don’t worry about the sand it’s a rocky island!!!!!
