Hi everyone, im Kerys and im based on the south coast. I've been a social worker for 17 years and im not sure I can do another 17 years. Ive always been passionate about property and interior but time, capital and fear has held me back. I've decided i need to start investing in me. Hi everyone 😄 I'm Rach, I'm a Leadership Consultant and I am a former JPU student. I would say I am a beginner property investor - I started on my maternity leave in 2025, and have a house and 2 flats which are standard BTL based in Hull. I am based in North Yorkshire. I've run out of steam (I'm still as energetic as ever but cashflow wise...) and want to generate more to continue growing the portfolio. It's great to see so many people at different stages in this community, and I love reading how everyone has found themselves here. I'm aspiring to make some great progress in both deal sourcing and R2R in the next 6 months. Would love to connect 💫
