I am Alisa 👋 I live in Southampton and have been thinking about getting into property business for some time now. As James mentioned, I am missing the main thing - the capital to start, so I am looking into various ways to a) start learning property world b) earn that extra cash to then be able to invest. Our family just welcomed our first baby who is 7 weeks old and I want to use my maternity leave to also invest in myself and find new ways of earning. I also run a social cooking account #notimefoodie if you are looking for some food inspo 🥰 I don't set hard goals as I tend to overdo it 😂 My main goal is to learn something new and extra pound is a bonus.

Hi, please can everyone have a look at my new website and let me know what you think please. Thank you, Harvey ~ opelstone property

How did everyone find the call ??? I will be watching back as my signal wasn’t great 👍

I'm Ella May and my partner is Loz. We're based in Bristol and really excited to be part of the group! We both currently run our own busy businesses. I'm a semi-permanent makeup artist and trainer, and Loz runs his own carpentry business and has been in the trade for nearly 20 years. Our property journey started around 5 years ago when we renovated our own home, which definitely gave us the property bug! 😂 Last year, we finally took the plunge and invested in our first property using the BRRR strategy and we're now working on our second renovation, which we're hoping to get on the market by the end of this year or early next. Although we both love what we do, we're keen to explore other ways of generating income and building something alongside our existing businesses, with the long-term goal of having a little more freedom and flexibility. We've actually been following James for years, and Loz even completed one of his very first courses back when he started out! So when we came across this membership, it felt like the perfect time to get involved. We're really looking forward to learning more about deal sourcing, connecting with like-minded people and seeing where this next chapter takes us! Looking forward to getting to know everyone! 😊

Hi everyone, im Kerys and im based on the south coast. I've been a social worker for 17 years and im not sure I can do another 17 years. Ive always been passionate about property and interior but time, capital and fear has held me back. I've decided i need to start investing in me. So im here at the beginning of my property journey to learn, develop and hopefully grow something I can be proud of 😁
