Does timing of the day affect your workout?
This is a rather interesting one, I've personally tried both, and found that for myself, its a periodic matter. In the past, training in the night allowed me to feel more focused with the quiet and undisruptive surroundings. In recent years however, morning/afternoon trainings seem to allow me to push much harder when I feel more awake, and I would lose focus towards the night. Perhaps its due to the change in my sleeping schedule. What are your experiences on this?

I work out when I get back home from work, so like 10-11 at night. I could work out in the mornings since I wake up at like six, but I don’t. Makes me feel like Batman.
Tips for handstand holds
I’ve been working on handstands for a while. While I believe I have the strength for it, I can’t balance at all. It feels like the balance point is an incredibly thin line that’s impossible to hold. Any tips?
Muscle up
Guys I finally did a muscle up. I managed to get two in a row, but it had a lot of momentum and kipping. I figured out its way easier to put your thumbs above the bar.
Introduction
Hey everyone I’m gage, 17 and looking to upgrade my calisthenics skills. My goal is to be able to do a 90 degree push-up and front lever row by the end of next year.
