@Shane Chapin that struck chord with me. As you know for years I have been wholesaling storage properties. My thought process was by wholesaling it would give me enough experience when the time came to actually buy a storage property. In theory that sounded good. But the reality is that I should've jumped in at that moment. I'm not dwelling in the past, but now I know that I can move forward with confidence because I have the best team and network behind me supporting me and helping me the whole way through. Yes there will be a fear factor. But that's natural. So I guess to surmise my biggest delay was and still is fear. But I know that if I'm going to be scared. I'll be scared together with my team. It's time to move!
