Core values top 3, hard to pick feel like as I read everyones I have more haha but these have come from the past couple churches i've worked at also as I have adopted their culture to form my own: 1. God is Good - This comes with a list of sub categories but He is a good Father, He moves from Love and this requires us to dream big 2. Forgiveness is not optional - Forgiveness is for you not them - there is no spiritual growth without forgiveness. 3. Salvation creates JOYFUL identity- so many verses about us being adopted and new creations, sons of God, we live in victory, we know the end of the story, saved and forgiven from the snares of the devil so each day and breathe is a gift and straight LIFE. rejoice in times of trial and know that it develops endurance-character-hope.

After the call Monday I started working on my core values. This is what I came up with - in no particular order - God first in all things. Ask myself, “what is He showing/telling me?” (I tend to ask why is this happening to me and begin with a negative mindset. ) - Be myself - the man that God created me to be. (I have noticed I try to please others without responsibly paying attention to my needs. Created future resentments.) - Brotherhood/fellowship/family - Forgiveness - Service - help others - Be a light Have a blessed day men!

Currently, it is hard to see the mission even though I am working with multiple ministries. Taking each day step by step. Moving to an area where we don't know anybody is kinda wild haha, but we know we are here to create a kingdom culture and raise a kingdom fam!

HOW DOES YOUR CURRENT MISSION ALIGN WITH GOD’S CALL TO MAKE DISCIPLES? Happy to say it is in alignment through leading a mens ministry. I resisted this for a long time thinking the lone ranger was my strength but now having embraced brotherhood, true friendship and the call to help men reach their God given potential I can say going into 2025 I feel I am where God wants me

Question 3: Steps to take to trust in Gods plan and when the plan seems unclear. For me it's being anchored in these scriptures God revealed to me for my life and for the year 2025. Timothy 2: 16-17 All scripture is God breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Isaiah 48: 17 I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go. Isaiah 40: 30-31 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
