Book Club Friends — We Need Your Vote!
We’re choosing our next journey together, and we’ve narrowed it down to two beautiful guides to living with more presence, compassion, and inner peace. Here’s a peek at each: 💛 A Path with Heart – by Jack Kornfield This book is like sitting with a wise, kind teacher who gently walks you through the real-life challenges of spiritual growth. In the book you will be guided on how to: • Work skillfully with emotions • Heal old wounds • Cultivate compassion • Stay grounded in everyday life (relationships, work, family) It’s warm, relatable, and deeply human — spirituality woven into real life, not separate from it. Perfect if you want: emotional healing, mindfulness in daily life, and heart-centered growth. 🕉️ Inside the Yoga Sutras – by Jagannath Carrera This is a guided journey through the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, one of the foundational texts of yoga philosophy. It offers clear explanations and practical insight into: • Calming the mind • Understanding the nature of suffering • Living with integrity and awareness • Moving toward inner freedom and lasting peace It’s structured, timeless wisdom — a step-by-step map for mastering the mind and living in alignment. Perfect if you want: deeper yogic philosophy, mental clarity, and a structured spiritual path. 🌿 Both Lead to the Same Place… More presence. More love. More peace. Just through slightly different doorways. 📣 Now it’s your turn! 💬 Drop a comment below: 1️⃣ Path with Heart 2️⃣ Yoga Sutras Which path are you feeling called to explore together next? 🤍✨️

Wellness Habits Check-In
🌿 Your daily habits shape your health, your energy, and the way you move through the world — gently, intentionally, or rushed and reactive. At the Hub, we’re always revisiting these 10 foundational habits of wellness to notice what’s already thriving… and where a little extra love could create big shifts. ✨ Which habits from the checklist are already part of your routine? ✨ Which ones are calling your name next? ✨ Where do you feel the biggest opportunity to elevate? Whether it’s: 🥗 closing the kitchen early 😴 getting to bed a little sooner 🌞 starting your day with the sun 🌬️ adding breathwork before coffee 🥬 leaning into more plant-based meals 💆‍♀️ adding self-massage 🤫 sitting in silence 💧 healthier eating rhythms + cooked, moist foods 👁️ awakening your senses 🌱 choosing ease throughout your day… — each habit is a doorway to a calmer nervous system, better digestion, clearer thinking, and a more rooted YOU. 💚 Tell us in the comments: Which habits do you already feel strong in? Which habit would you love to add or strengthen this month? And what shifts have you noticed since leaning into these Wellness Habits? Let’s inspire each other — wellness grows when we grow together. 🌱✨

I’ve been following a more plant based diet for a few months now and find I’m automatically making healthier eating choices! I’m cooking at home a lot more and I have to look through nutrition labels and ingredients which makes me more mindful of the food I choose. I’d like to work more on self-massage and sitting in silence. I often feel rushed or stressed out with the tasks I have in my day, especially as a new mama, and don’t take the time to just relax and decompress the way I should. It’s something I’m really working on 🙏
Purpose - shared from Master Lin - Spring Forest Qigong Grand Master
What is your purpose? This simple question can transform your life from being emotion-oriented to goal-oriented. When you're thirsty, do you reach for the momentary pleasure of a Pepsi or the long-term benefit of warm water? What are you going to choose for your Purpose? If you don't have a purpose, you allow your emotion to lift you, of course, if something sweet is always great, okay, Pepsi, I will take it right away, right? You know, if you say, okay, I want to live 120 happy, traveling, seeing the world, seeing my children, my grandchildren, my great grandchildren, at their wedding parties, if that is the purpose. Now decide to have water. There's a ice water and then warm water. Now you can choose well, ice water would give me such a nice feeling now, but warm water is better for my digestive system that will help me to live longer. So I decide to choose a warm water to drink immediately you change yourself from emotion oriented person into goal oriented person. Your purpose is your guide. When you feel shame, guilt, or self-criticism, your purpose helps you make choices that serve your long-term wellbeing. It could be a goal to live a happy, healthy life, mend a relationship, or simply find peace. Choosing your purpose over a fleeting emotional reaction is a practice in self-love and a powerful step toward healing. It allows you to let go, little by little, and build a life that truly nurtures you. What is one purpose you are focusing on in your life right now? Share it with us in the comments. Many Blessings, Chunyi Lin

Intentional seasonal living
✨ Tejas — Your Inner Light The quiet glow that lives within each of us is called: Tejas. The spark behind your clarity, your courage, your warmth. Your fire of insight. Your illuminated self. ✨❄️ Tejas & Ritucharya — Tending Your Inner Light Through the Seasons As the seasons shift and winter’s quiet arrives, nature reminds us of a truth Ayurveda has whispered for thousands of years: We are seasonal beings & as winter settles in, this inner flame responds to the fall of the outer world. As outer life softens, we are invited inward..... When the sun sits lower and the days grow shorter, Tejas can dim if we don’t tend it with care. Winter asks us not to burn brighter… but to burn steadier. Gentle. Warm. Contained. Intentional. This is where Ritucharya, the art of living in rhythm with the seasons, becomes our guide: 🥔 Eat with the season Warm, spiced, nourishing meals that ground us & help keep our digestion strong. Think soups, stews, ghee, sesame, cinnamon, ginger — foods that keep your flame protected. 🌅Create warmth through routine Wake and wind down at similar times. Bring ritual to your mornings. Let your practices be a foundation you return to each day. 🧘‍♀️ Move in a way that builds inner fire Stretching, qigong, steady breathwork — practices that strengthen without scattering. 🕯 Protect your energy Winter is a season of conservation. Choose softness. Choose stillness. Choose the people and places that feel like warmth. 🫖 Light from the inside out Oil your body. Warm your drinks. Step into the sun whenever it appears. Invite glow into your day in small, intentional ways. Because when the outer light fades, the inner light becomes more important. Tejas reminds us: You can glow even in the darkest months — when your life, your habits, and your rhythms nourish you. May this winter be a season of steady fire, gentle radiance, and rituals that help you shine from within. 🔥💛 ‼️ If you are ready to learn more about seasonal living & want to create your own personal dinacharya (daily routine), comment SEASONAL and we will send you information about our upcoming knowledge share session 👩‍🏫
