It feels a little softer and slower everywhere today — and that’s something worth noticing. When spaces go quiet, it doesn’t mean people aren’t engaged. Taking time for yourself isn’t stepping away from growth — it’s part of it. While I’ve been resting and taking things slowly, I’ve found myself jotting down ideas and making little notes on my phone. One of the things that’s started to take shape is Child Regulation Cards to sit alongside the parent deck. Nothing is being pushed into creation right now — I’m still very much relaxing and just letting ideas land naturally but I'm really excited about them and I can't wait to start working on them properly!!

I am rather poorly today so I have slowed down a bit... Been told off by some of you 😉 But I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you… truly. Every single one of you who shows up here — whether you post, comment, read quietly, or just sit and breathe in this space — you are what makes Grounded Roots Parenting feel safe, warm, and real. This community isn’t built on perfection or pretending we’ve got it all figured out. It’s built on honesty, growth, learning, and supporting one another through the messy and the meaningful.
