Hi I’m - Freya - 22 - Female - Moderate level of activity - Fitness goal - lose fat, gain stamina - I used to powerlift and am now doing more cardio - running and rowing. Having started working life I’m finding it hard to get a good routine.

@Matt Smallacombe hiya, I took a break after British uni champs and never really got back into it. The training routine was too much once I didn’t have the time or resources. Have got into a bit of running and am currently training for a tough mudder!!
