Best workout plan? (6 to 7 days)
Yo guys, I just started with calisthenics. I really want to make this my new way of training to unlock the skills and have a shredded/ flexible body. I have been doing weight training for years and finally decided to make a full turn into calisthenics. I am aiming to do around 30 to 50 min workout everyday. What is the best plan for a 7 (or 6) day split?
