A year or so into coaching. I had an in person coaching session with Free. I was exhausted from all aspects of life and Free saw that. As I spoke, she rubbed my feet. It was such honest form of love and I’ve always remembered it. It reminds me that we need rest and to care for each other as women. We are best when we are in community 🥰
