After further reflection, it is truly hard to pick. There are so many nuggets I have been given along the way that I carry and apply to present. What stands out most in my mind, if I have to choose, is the way she cares for me. It’s a care from At and soul level. I feel seen in the most beautiful way.

Being truly cared for
A year or so into coaching. I had an in person coaching session with Free. I was exhausted from all aspects of life and Free saw that. As I spoke, she rubbed my feet. It was such honest form of love and I’ve always remembered it. It reminds me that we need rest and to care for each other as women. We are best when we are in community 🥰
