Posting after a Course
I seen in other communities a post by the creator and then people posting/replying to that post on each module. Just an idea. For example my biggest takeaway from this module: Eye contact to the camera lense. I struggle to look at the lense for sure.

I had to watch it again because I was like there were so many gems that can help me. I need to remember why I’m creating a video: I forget my passion focused too much on recording. “When you're passionate about your topic and have something meaningful to share, your natural enthusiasm and confidence appear!“ Lastly preparation I felt was a waste. Now I’m starting to understand creating my own scripts vs bullet points and freestylng it

@Richard Mark thanks you. Yes indeed. Getting used to looking at the lense is a new one for me. However it does show eye contact to the viewer. Therefore it’s a matter of getting used to it. I’m steeling the wear something that makes you feel CONFIDENT from this video.
My Why
Figured I share my answers to the exercise in the first modules.
My Why
@Richard Mark I lead by following leaders! LFG!!!

Who else posting a video in here?! (my son is sleeping next to me so I’m also posting this so I’m held accountable and do this tomorrow when I log back into Skool and see some comments).

@Richard Mark I definitely will be the first by posting a video I did today for my funnel. A thanks for booking video. We can all laugh. But going through your modules a night before definitely helped! Thanks! Your module does say post our first video. And that the prompts are there to help us get started. First Win. I find myself on camera, when just speaking, without a script, pretty easy. So answering the prompts you gave wouldn’t be hard. I actually prefer freestyle if you’d call it that. Vs thinking what I should say. Then trying to repeat it after adding better vocabulary or ideas to my original answer. That’s where I struggle. I forget what I was supposed to say. So here’s the video:

I was using teleprompter. And found this viral thing with creators putting a camera up high. I felt that would hide the fact that I’m reading my script. Especially because I could say this easily off camera. Not word for word. But a lot more natural. Needs transitions and the editing. Which is also work in progress. Captions has Ai editing but found out today that only on vertical recordings. 😅😆

Hi all. I’m Frederick the great! But off camera! Haha. Jumped straight into the course. So cool that Richard has worked with some well known people! Happy to be here. My struggles I’ve identified from the first couple of modules: - Losing your train of thought 🌀 - Perfectionism that keeps you re-recording 🎬 - Feeling overwhelmed by tech 🎧 In my community that I’m building. My VSL is one without me on camera. And I still feel like it sounds like I’m reading the script and not 1000% happy. But I also believe done is better than perfect. I’m here because I’ll be starting a YouTube channel with zero audience so I can help other small Air Conditioning biz owners get to what I’d call a second step in business. $300-$500k in revenue. I’ll need to sound like I sound in person. Confident and an expert in my industry.
@Richard Mark in Richard I trust! Hope you can do miracles! Haha
