Starting Your Day
A thing that works for me relating to the Theme of Calm your Chaos-is how I start most of my days. First I never have the television on or listen to news in the morning. I am retired now so have some time in the morning-but even when I was working and they were 10-12 hour days-I spent 15 minutes meditating, saying prayers, and reading inspirational readings. Now I spend maybe 30-45 minutes. I am also religious and read several things in that realm. The point is-there is enough bad news and chaos in the world-why dial into it to start your day? I also don't watch the National nightly news. I think it leaves most people upset and scared. There are plenty of availability on line to keep me current with things . Just my thoughts .
