@Dana Andrews You're very welcome. If we want to destroy self-sabotage. BE CONSISTENT with what weakens is it. We all know it will not happen overnight. It's a journey. We must strengthen our minds daily. Fight the fight with the right tools that are needed. With the right weapons to destroy and demolish this enemy. Expose it for what it is. Name it! Each time we expose it. It becomes weaker. We take away its power. We become stronger. 🧠💪 It is not who we are. It is a pattern that we have learned. And since it has become learned. We can unlearn it!! Where do we sabotage our own progress? Is it procrastination, quitting too early, negative self-talk, fear of success? Is it distracting us with things that don’t matter? Is it doubting our abilities the moment things get tough? Call it out. Name it. Because when we identify the pattern, we take away its power. I really love this!!! All of these things have been personally helping me with my journey. I've had so many people helping me. I've had so many opportunities to be successful. And because I was self-sabotaging. I did not accept the help and opportunities that I had. Now that I believe in myself. I am destroying self-sabotage. I am being more consistent. I am eating better. I am taking care of my body. I am strengthening my mind daily through meditation. I am setting my mind free!! I am directing all of my attention toward my present self and my future self. Where our attention goes...our energy flows. Conserve energy and use it wisely to power the things that support you. ⚡⚡
