Seed hulls
Anyone have advice for removing seed hulls from cilantro . They really are attached , this is my second batch and want to improve as I move forward .
Soil additives
I live on a island and do not have access to Pro Mix or other brands of soil. I buy from soil from my local plant nursery . My question is what can I add to it to improve it ? Vermiculite ? What would give my seeds the boost to make a visible difference ?

@Mike Hicks took your great advice and mixed my own ingredients . Coco coir perlite and nursery soil and sifted it til smooth and moist . Thought it would take longer than it did . Can’t wait to see the results after seeding . Thx so much .
Presenting to chefs
yesterday I presented my business card to 2 chefs that work on different restaurants, upon arriving to my house I realized that my presentation left al lot to be desired . I was nervous and left out information . I need to polish my approach . Anyone have a tip please include it here so everyone who is struggling with this topic can use them to be more successful.

@Bill and Cindy Rooney yes I sent the fresh list to them but I did not ask which one they would like a sample of , that’s a great idea . For chefs my reputation is king with the fact that I can deliver to them at a moments notice so I do not deliver on certain days rather any time they need . Thx for the ideas

@Bill and Cindy Rooney Yes it’s weird I agree but here is a island and the business ebbs and flows differently so I go with it .
Broccoli Update
After 3 days in germination this is what I get😭 Only a very few germinated, Im thinking the problem here are the seeds.

It quite possibly could be , are you putting them under weight ?
Pretty Amaranth
Oddly our broccoli is a bit wimpy this week, but the amaranth 😊 is making me happy. Just a touch of water daily… just enough to barely cover the bottom of the tray… works for us and our chefs. I’m hoping the broccoli will get jealous 😊. What crop is making you happy today?

Growing on the tropical island of Cozumel for several years . My primary customers are chefs but I am looking to expand my reach to other businesses.
