Need Help!
Hey everyone, I’m working on an idea for an AI tool that helps create carousel posts for social media. I recently launched my personal brand, focused on helping local businesses in Portugal grow with content, marketing and AI automation. Since I need to create more carousel content myself, I’m thinking about building a tool that can generate ideas, slide-by-slide structure, copy, CTAs and maybe even visual suggestions. The goal is to make it simple, practical and useful for local businesses, not just another generic AI content tool. I’m still mapping it out and would love to hear your thoughts. What features would you include in a first version? What workflow would make sense? Any tools, automations or integrations you’d recommend? Has anyone built something similar or have any ideas on how I should approach this? Thanks!

here bro i'll give you my advice one percent at a time because that's the principle i work off of. honestly i don't even like canva. let me just tell you what i did. alright so i connected higgs field supercomputer and the higgs field cli to my opus and to my codex. i actually had someone do research content research for me because i realize that's also very important. it's also a big part of what has to happen right so you can do it yourself. just go on the explorer and find a carousel that you think looks good or is calling attention. i think once you understand it for yourself, just get a little curious and do some carousels for yourself. then you're going to be like "okay i understand how they work and i understand how i could sell this and what business owners would like." then you started ideating with claude and then you just make it in claude. you go to higgs field supercomputer, you add memory to it, you add some skills to it. now every time you use higgs field it's going to give you a product based on the stuff that you've already fed to higgs field supercomputer. higgs field supercomputer is like your own creative production studio.
Stole a client from squire
so a couple weeks back i was actually working with a barber and i signed him on to one of my packages for a backstory or for background context. i offered three packages: novice, intermediate, and veteran. this barber has signed up on the novice package and then he got contacted by squire and maybe he contacted squire. i'm not sure but either way he had an appointment with them. he asked me if i could sit in with them just to see if maybe we could work together or something. that's what he was kind of intending. he just wanted me to sit there and hear it out and see what's up. then i sat through it and i was like "okay squire basically does what i do. squire is technically doing what i'm doing just a little differently, just under a brand for someone who already created it specifically for barbers and what i do is basically for any business owner." long story short he heard her out and it was happening. all i need, all i know, is that i have to thank ariana for basically closing and upsetting my lead forward on my prospect. after that phone call i think a day or two later he signed up to my veteran package, which was like 2300. i didn't necessarily do anything really. i got the alley-oop and i just dunked it but you know things happen in magical ways right? it's not like i didn't do any work. i know what i wanted to do and i know what i had to do. you just have to play your position and whatever time you're in. sometimes you got ta change positions but you just do what you got ta do and you just keep moving.

@João Azevedo well he was ready to move forward with the things that he wanted that he had heard squire was going to be able to give him. we had another meeting and i told him how much more we actually have to offer because he had only signed up for the novice package. it's a little complicated. there's a lot of things that we offer.. a voice agent, review systems, referral systems and that was the majority of the novice package. when He heard that squire has an app and it has a payment provider kind of thing, i told them we can also probably give you more specs and more control over what squire is offering. since i already had my novice, it was only a matter of an upsell we got him an app and we got him a website and now he can see it on his phone and all that. i did just have to have another meeting where i had to run up some numbers and see what the veteran package could be. i basically said i'm going to see what all i can give you and i'll present it to you and then we'll see what you think about it and that's when he was like yeah let's do it.

@João Azevedo Honestly bro, at this point all these tools are becoming available to everybody. So to me it’s not just about speed anymore. It’s about context. How much does the system actually understand about the company, and can it do the job well? That’s why I keep coming back to systems. Sales is a system. Content is a system. Follow-up is a system. Business is a system. So if I was you, the first thing I’d add for local businesses is what I call a 24-hour employee. Something that can answer calls, answer questions, follow up with leads, nurture people, and keep things moving in the background while the owner stays focused on what actually moves the needle. Because everybody wants more business, more appointments, and more money. That part never changes. Once they understand they don’t have to keep breaking their workflow to answer the same questions over and over, it starts making way more sense. So I wouldn’t sell “AI” first. I’d sell a system that helps them capture more opportunities and keep the backend working for them 24/7. If you need me to go more in depth or if you have any more comments, hit me up, and I can help you out bro
💻New AIS Course: Build Your AI OS
Just dropped a new course in the classroom and I'm pretty pumped about this one. It's the full step-by-step on building your own AI OS. Same exact setup I use every day to run the YouTube channel, the community, and my team. 8 lessons, all my templates and prompts, plus a free GitHub repo so you can skip the boring setup and just start building. To unlock it in the classroom, you just need to hit level 3 in the community. Honestly pretty easy: - Drop an intro post if you haven't yet - Engage with a few other members in the threads - Help somebody out who's stuck on something That's pretty much it. Get to level 3 and the whole thing opens up. See you in there. - Nate

🚀New Video: The Playbook for a $100M AI Agency
I sat down with Devin Kearns, co-founder & CEO of Custom AI Studio, to break down what it actually takes to build an AI agency with real enterprise value, not just another lifestyle business. We get into why most AI work being sold today won't survive 2027, why the mid-market is the prime opportunity (not SMBs or enterprises), the 11 ways AI experts are actually making money right now, how to position with frameworks instead of being just another vendor, and the five things Devin wishes he knew sooner. If you're building, running, or thinking about starting an AI agency, this is the strategic conversation I wish I'd had two years ago.

Excited to Join the Community
Hey everyone 👋 Excited to be here and connect with people building with AI automation. I’m currently exploring how AI can improve workflows, save time, and create real business value through automation. My focus right now is learning practical systems, tools, and strategies that can be applied in real-world projects. Looking forward to learning from this community, sharing wins along the way, and connecting with other builders and entrepreneurs. If you’re working on something interesting in AI automation, I’d love to hear about it

what's up mahinewe? how you doing? my name is mateos. i like seeing that you're stepping into the modern world and trying to learn and take advantage of these new systems that are being thrown at us. as for me i've been doing social media and content creation for about eight years now, four years professionally. in the past six months i've been helping business owners implement systems and crms into their company so they understand in reality that systems are the way businesses work. systems are the way that life works really. you know everything is a system and if you get business owners to understand that and if you can actually teach people how to use these things then they will be down for everything. they'll be down to learn what it is exactly the systems that you're talking about. if you have a system that can go from a to b and make money in my pocket then i want to know about it. once you understand that the computers are just code and ones and zeros, it becomes very very easy, very simple to really get people to understand that all you got to do is speak the universe's language which is code. i mean god speaks in mathematical equations.
