A lot of these ads make outlandish claims, and hopefully most people recognize that. But Seated Tai Chi is a legitimate practice that has a lot of value. Traditionally, There would be seated practices (think meditation on the floor), As well as standing/moving practices. Seated Tai Chi can be a middle ground between the two. For some, standing for prolonged periods may be difficult. For others, seated meditation can present its own challenges. Seated Tai Chi can offer benefits of both. If it speaks to you...
