I still need to set up the email funnel and plan to work on that before early next week.
🚫 Worst business advice you've ever received – GO.
Real talk — not all bad business advice is actually BAD advice. Some of it is genuinely terrible. Just really, really terrible. But some "bad" advice is probably good advice for someone. Just not for you. Not for your life, your season, your brain, your family. "Wake up at 4:00 am and work before the kids get up." Maybe that's gold for someone. Maybe for someone else, that's a recipe for an absolutely miserable day. There's a difference between advice that's wrong and advice that's wrong FOR YOU — and honestly, learning to tell the gap has been one of the most useful things I've done in business. Because if you apply someone else's strategy to your life without checking whether it fits, it's not going to work. It's not! And then you're going to think YOU'RE the problem. You're not the problem. It was just the wrong map for your terrain. So I want to hear from you 👇 What's the worst business advice you've ever been given? Bonus points if you tell us whether it was genuinely bad advice... or just completely wrong for your life. (I'll share mine in the comments.)

@Olivia Radcliffe That part!
It's FriYAY! How about a little This or That?
It's Friday! Let's kick back, have a little fun, and get to know something new about our fellow members with a little This or That. Car Life Edition - Music or podcasts? - Windows down or AC on? - Singing along or silent listener? - Snacks in the car or never? - Clean car or rolling dumpster? - Driver or passenger? - Parallel park or find another spot?

What are you building around? 🤔
Okay, real talk – what are you building your business around? Not “what’s your niche.” I mean what’s actually in the background of your life that your business has to work WITH, not against. Mine - I homeschool my 6yo, which means my co-worker has opinions about literally everything I do and zero concept of office hours. 😜 I’ve got a home improvement project in some state of “almost done” at all times. Laundry that breeds overnight. I’m also writing books and – plot twist – helping my son launch his own little art business, which apparently makes me both CMO and chief crayon organizer. My business doesn’t get to exist in a vacuum. It has to fit AROUND all of that. And honestly? That’s the whole point of this community. Not to teach you how to run a business like someone who has 40 uninterrupted hours a week. But to help you build one that actually fits YOUR life – the one with the kids, the chaos, the half-finished projects, and the dreams you’re dragging along for the ride anyway. So tell me – what’s YOUR business built around? Drop it below. I want the real version. 👇

I’m building my online natural health & wellness business around my full time job in higher ed, being mom to my 13 year old son who has weekly track meets, navigating fluctuating energy levels as an AuDHD, and managing to keep a home that looks half way presentable and a home office that I can at least walk around in without slipping on papers. 😁

@Olivia Radcliffe Thank goodness they are local and he rides the bus with the other kids from the track team and the coaches from his middle school to the meets. They start early in afternoon and I have to leave work early to attend, which means I’m catching up on work in evenings when I would want to be working on my business. Although depending on spoons, nothing gets done and I watch mindless tv instead 🤦🏽‍♀️.
Community Update! Watch this BEFORE 4/18
Hi all! A bit ago I mentioned that there are some changes coming to the community, so here's a quick video (8 mins if you put it on 1.7x speed) going over the changes and some of my behind-the-scenes thinking as to why these changes are happening. Key Points: 1. Premium tier price is increasing to $27/month on 4/18 2. Premium members now get a live monthly workshop 3. The AI Support Squad is getting a MAJOR makeover + rebrand and will be available in the VIP tier 4. VIP tier is getting an overhaul and will now include Voxer/Whatsapp access + 1:1 game plan calls, and the price is DECREASING to $97/month for now ‼️ IF YOU ARE A CURRENT PREMIUM MEMBER: You are grandfathered in at your current price and get to KEEP access to the AI Support Squad when it's released. If you're not a current premium member but join premium before 4/18 - same thing. You get grandfathered in at $12/month and get to keep access to the AI Support Squad. Click here to adjust plans Watch the video and let me know if you have any questions! 😊

Is it me, or is the squad/Claude best used (downloaded) from the computer vs cell phone? I have the Skool app on my IPhone and was trying to use the opt in squad but finding the downloads was challenging and once I did, I had some trouble figuring out how to plug my existing info in and where to do that. 🙃

@Olivia Radcliffe Thanks for clarifying. I saw the brand book but didn’t click on it because I thought it was referring to an ebook on branding 🙃 #autistic literal brain
