✨ Question of the Day ✨What’s your favorite AI tool or workflow this week?
Wow🫣 I’ve heard of Zapier and used Notion a few times. The rest are brand new to me. On the other hand, I’m there with Margarida: Flova for stories and imagineArt for high-quality images and video; I’m also teaching workflows in ImagineArt which are really great for character consistency, and reducing prompt to image to video variation time
NEW Meetup Alert - Introducing the Support XChange!
🔄 A Weekly Community Practice + Feedback Session 💬✨ Thank you @Joy Purdy for the inspiration! Many of you asked for more real-time support, practice, and feedback and this is it. Welcome to our newest space: The Support XChange. This is our weekly co-practice and feedback meetup. No algorithms. No judgment. No pressure to perform. Just real support, honest opinions, and space to grow together. 💡 What It Is: An open session each week where we gather to support each other in real time. Show your work. Ask for help. Share tools. Give advice. Swap feedback. This is your creative hot seat + mastermind + safe space. 🧩 How It Works: Each week we’ll focus on different areas depending on who shows up: - ✍️ Review your writing, copy, or content - 🎨 Share your branding, visual vibe, art or AI-generated images - 💻 Get feedback on your website, landing page or lead magnet - 🤖 Workshop your AI workflows, prompts, or tools - 📣 Test your offer, messaging, or visibility strategy - 🧠 Can’t decide between 3 names? Ask us. - 🛠 Need help improving an app or email sequence? Bring it. - 🧭 Want to check your content is inclusive, ethical, or landing with others? Perfect place. 👥 Who It's For: - Women building solo (who don’t want to build alone) - Founders looking for honest, smart, strategic input - Artists, builders, coaches, creators - Anyone who wants a community of practice (not just vibes) Let’s be honest: 🌸 Friends and family love you but often can’t give useful feedback. 🤖 AI gives you output, not discernment. 💼 Social Media groups and “like circles" don’t help you make money or give you constructive feedback. This is different. This is real, safe, smart support. 🙌 🕓 When: ⏰ We’re planning to start these next week: Monday night NZT / Tuesday US time (ET/PT) Drop a comment below with: ✅ Your name 💬 What you'd love feedback on (if anything at this point) 🙋‍♀️ What you could offer feedback about 🤝 Whether you’d like to be a community buddy (to pair with someone for mutual support)

Excellent idea! I can contribute support with AI image tools/workflows and creative process - as well as quick, practical wellness resets for screen intensive work. In exchange, I’m seeking support with setting up a self-run writing QC system using Claude skills or similar tools, for editorial level writing refinement, filtering out AI coded language and strengthening voice so posts land cleanly and authentically.
Reducing AI overwhelm: fewer tools, clearer workflows 🎨🤖
In today's Issue Room conversation with @Florentina Stefanescu Flory, we dug into something we hear constantly from this community: AI overwhelm, tool fatigue, and the pressure to keep up with everything. One of the big themes that came through was the value of simplifying; choosing fewer tools that genuinely do more, rather than stacking overlapping platforms that drain energy and attention. We talked specifically about Imagine Art and how it compares to tools like MidJourney. Flory shared her experience using Imagine Art’s realistic image models and its node-based workflow system, which allows for more control, better realism, and cleaner iteration without constantly jumping between tools. One key insight: Imagine Art brings multiple models into one place, which can significantly reduce friction if you’re feeling burned out by managing separate platforms for similar outcomes. The bigger takeaway here isn’t “use another tool”; it’s clarity over chaos. Many women we speak to feel exhausted by the pace of AI, unsure which tools are worth their time, and guilty for not keeping up. Our role as SHE IS AI is to help filter, not flood, to support thoughtful adoption, aligned workflows, and sustainable creativity. ✨ Flory has generously offered to run a free class for the community on Imagine Art, walking through how it works and how to decide whether it could replace or simplify parts of your current setup. No pressure, no hype, just a practical walkthrough to help you decide if it’s useful for you. If you’d be interested in attending, drop a comment or reaction below and we’ll confirm dates and details soon. This is about easing overwhelm, not adding to it!

It was such a great talk, @Amanda Jeffs! Can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with the community. I agree with @Jennifer Reedie; we are being bombarded by everybody wanting us to try their platforms (truly, in many cases, is just free marketing). I also, once I find something good, I stay with it and go deeper to understand how to use it better and get the best of what they offer; ImagineArt is one of those platforms and what sells me on it the most is their realism and having access to multiple other platforms without having to jump from one to the other to complete your project. Looking forward to meeting with everyone interested.🤗

@She is ai Magazine I like Flova very much, too! Margarida introduced me to it and I’m in love with it. It is a very complex platform, with a lot of potential; they’re still working on creative connections and service.
📚✨ Epic Book Creation Software & Advice
We had such a beautiful Book Club convo this week with @Florentina Stefanescu From Midjourney to Nano Banana, ImagineArt, to writing, editing, and beyond your characters, creatures, and magical worlds are stunning. But the big question that came up was: 🧐 “How do I actually build the book? And then promote it?” So whether you're writing, illustrating, formatting, or doing it all yourself here’s a full round-up of top tools that our community recommends for creating, designing, and publishing children’s books (especially if you’re using AI artwork). 🛠️ Best Tools for Writing & Formatting Children’s Books 🎨 Canva Beginner-friendly, drag-and-drop design with loads of book templates. Upload your AI images, add your text, and export print-ready PDFs. Amazing for visual books and quick layout. 💡 Tip: Use Canva’s “Presentation” or “Storybook” templates as a starting point for spreads. 📘 Book Creator / Book Builder These web-based tools are made for interactive and visual stories. - Book Creator → Great for classroom use, teachers, and young readers. Add video, audio, and voiceovers. - Book Builder → Designed for accessibility and learner-friendly reading design. Both are perfect for first-time authors or educators. 📖 Story Jumper A favourite for interactive children’s books with easy-to-use layouts. Add your AI art, or use their own image library. Great for publishing both print and digital copies. Super intuitive. Great for non-designers! 💻 More Advanced Tools (For Print-Ready Layouts) 🧩 Affinity Publisher (Mac only) Part of the Affinity suite (with Designer + Photo). A powerful desktop app for combining text and full-page AI illustrations with pro formatting features. ✍️ Atticus Designed specifically for authors. Easy-to-use book formatter with clean exports for KDP. Great for text-based books or simple layout workflows. 📚 Adobe InDesign Industry standard. Powerful layout options and complete creative control — but with a steep learning curve. Ideal for picture books, workbooks, and graphic-heavy projects.

Clear tool comparison, especially in automation, is my biggest conundrum right now. I do much better with the art platforms, but when it comes to implementing AI tools in my everyday business, it’s a total mess. I would love to have basic demo classes at a lower level that everybody can understand and apply; a hands-on workshops on, for example, building skills in Claude and then use them. That would be a great class❣️
