👋 New to Upwork & the community, what is the sells process look like in Upwork?
I'm new, trying to figure out what the process look like from interacting with clients to closing deal to fulfillment. Especially on the contract and payment part I'm confused on. - Submit proposal (Upwork) - If prospect message (Upwork), get them on a call (video conf platform e.g. Zoom, etc.) - Client sends contract (Upwork) / or I send out contract (outside of Upwork e.g. DocuSign) - 📑 Both parties signs contract - 🚚Delivery - 💰Profit Specifically want to understand if people stay in Upwork or go off upwork on contact signing and payment aspect. Appreciate anyone help demystifying! Thanks in advance 😄
