I'm getting my VA to help me set up a new lead tracking process, as I've been too ad-hoc with keeping track of leads, quotes etc lately.

I'm going to find which of the "essential" items in next week's schedule can be turned into non-essential and cancelled/postponed to make my workload less overwhelming. Gonna try the de-stress dancing too! 💃

Sorry I couldn't make the meeting - I took on a bit extra client work and ended up being too tired. Same reason why I didn't quite manage to reach my goal for the week (but at least my bank balance got a little boost!), so I've got the same goal for this week: finish the service pages on my new website.

I did finish the portfolio section of my new website, so this week my goal is to finish the service pages. They're about 75% done, so I should be able to get them finished.

I mostly do the same - try to leave helpful comments when I can and create content that helps them rather than just trying to sell all the time. I'm also starting to get back into in-person networking locally so I can meet new people and start new conversations.
