Great course so far learning much more than I did on a previous Breathwork course and this way of breathing resonates with me

Hello everyone. I just moved to Tampa from South Florida and I have been practicing breathwork by watching YouTube. I'm actually relying on it now, to get through my days. I was just seeking out like minded practicers. My peers don't understand it or have interest. I'm just attempting to meet more people who understand the power of. Breathing.
